Access JFrom JR Tokyo Station, take the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Nagano Station in approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. From Nagano Station, take a direct bus to Hakuba Village, which takes about 1 hour. From JR Shinjuku Station to Matsumoto Station, take the Chuo Honsen Limited Express for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. From Matsumoto Station to Hakuba Station, take the Oito Line limited express for approximately 1 hour.
